The language department is led by Chrystèle Lagarde, who has nearly 30 years of experience in language training consultancy and programme design. She plays a key role in assessing needs, analysing requirements, coordinating programmes and monitoring learning pathways. She:

• analyses the needs of companies and individuals;
• recommends suitable funding arrangements;
• selects and coordinates trainers;
• outlines each programme before it is tailored by the trainer responsible for delivering it;
• oversees quality assurance and regulatory compliance;
• acts as the disability and accessibility officer and ensures that training is accessible;
• organises and supervises certification programmes.

OPCoach is authorised to administer the following certifications:

• CLOE (English, French as a Foreign Language, Spanish, Italian and German);
• LILATE (11 languages, including French Sign Language);
• English 360 (CPF-eligible English);
• TOEIC;
• Linguaskill (not CPF-eligible);
• TOSA (Word, Excel, Photoshop, WordPress, Python and more).
